We pride ourselves on delivering the freshest certified organic produce to your doorsteps!

We deliver 4 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday) to most of the suburbs in Melbourne. Please note that zones 3 and 4 deliveries are Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. To see if we deliver to you and which zone you fall under, please check the map shown further below.

When ordering, you can select your preferred delivery day. 

  • For Tuesday & Wednesday delivery, the cut-off time is Monday 12 pm. For Friday & Saturday delivery, the cut-off time is Thursday 12 pm.
  • For all meat orders for Tuesday & Wednesday delivery, the cut-off time is Sunday at 12 pm. For Friday & Saturday delivery, the cut-off time is Wednesday 12 pm.

Bread has a very short shelf life, all bread orders have a minimum 3-day pre-order period. After you have placed your order, we forward your order to our suppliers. Below is our bread delivery schedule:

If you need a same-day delivery or pick-up order, please call us to see if we can deliver or have stock on hand to help. We are here to help, so please call us during store operating hours if you need help with placing an order.

Delivery Fee Structure:

  • Zone 1 - $5.99 delivery fee, free delivery for orders over $100
  • Zone 2 - $10.99 delivery fee, $5.99 for orders over $100, free delivery for orders over $200
  • Zone 3 - $12.99 delivery fee, $10.99 for orders over $100, free delivery for orders over $200
  • Zone 4 - $12.99 delivery fee, free delivery for orders over $200
  • Inter-state or Regional Areas - Rates vary, please check our shipping rates at Checkout. 

Sometimes we use courier companies to do our delivery. We only use reputable courier companies with refrigerated vans to ensure your produce stays fresh and to keep the chilled goods and meats at controlled temperatures.

Delivery Days and Time

Delivery is four times a week. All products are handpicked and delivered right to your doorsteps every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. You can choose your preferred delivery date at the checkout (We will do our very best to deliver at the nominated date or time).

Local delivery cycles are on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. 

Same-day deliveries can be done if the order is placed before 8.00 am and stock is available. 

Courier service is available for customers outside of our local delivery zones (this applies to our interstate and regional customers). Unfortunately with this delivery mode, we are unable to send you fresh, chilled, or frozen products, sorry. 

Receiving Deliveries

In case you are not available to receive the delivery, please let us know ahead of time. Our drivers can leave the goods at your doorstep but please be aware that the quality of fresh, chilled, and frozen foods can detoriate if left out for too long.

But rest be assured that we package all products in the best packaging for their longevity. However, please note that GreenSoul Organics does not take responsibility for any damage caused to the goods left unattended after delivery. We encourage the proper storage of products for optimum quality.


All orders are packed in either cardboard or styrofoam boxes to keep the products fresh and safe.

We are more than happy to collect the packaging for re-using in the next delivery cycle. To assist with recycling and reuse, please leave it outside for the delivery driver to collect at the next delivery.

Refund Policy

At GreenSoul Organics we strive to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If there is an issue with the delivery or quality of the products, please contact us via email or phone (09 9796 1650) within 12 hours of receiving your delivery.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We will offer a refund for the faulty or damaged goods as per consumer law.
