Delivery and Locations

Discover the convenience of fresh, organic groceries delivered right to your doorstep. Our online organic grocery shop is thrilled to offer delivery around Australia, ensuring you receive the highest quality produce most conveniently.

Fresh produce, chilled, and frozen goods are only available for delivery around Melbourne. Click and collect is available from the Beaconsfield store Monday to Sunday during our store opening hours.

We deliver to most Melbourne metro suburbs six days a week (Monday - Saturday). You can enter your postcode below to check the delivery schedule for your area.

You can choose your preferred date for delivery at the checkout. Our delivery days and cut-off times are shown in the table below.

If you need an urgent order or missed the cut-off time, please call us at the shop during operating hours, 9 am – 5 pm, to arrange a special delivery - extra charges may apply.

Free delivery is offered for orders with products over the value of $200, and the order is delivered within the Melbourne metro region only.
 
Free delivery is not available for orders delivered outside of Melbourne, or by third party courier.

Auspost Courier service is available for customers outside our local delivery Melbourne Area zones (this applies to our interstate and regional customers). Unfortunately, with this delivery mode, we cannot send you fresh, chilled, or frozen products, sorry. 

Pricing for delivery is calculated at the checkout after you enter your Zip Code. We use Auspost via Sendle for delivering to you. A tracking number will be issued to you once the order is processed. You can track your delivery directly from the Sendle/Ausposts website with the tracking number. 

If you have chilled, frozen or fresh perishable food at checkout, the Auspost service will be unavailable for Zip Codes outside the Melbourne Metro Area. Call us (03 9796 1650) or contact us if you need clarification on our delivery zones.   

If you are not available to receive the delivery, please let us know beforehand. Our drivers can leave the goods at your doorstep, but please be aware that the quality of fresh, chilled, and frozen foods can deteriorate if left out for too long.

But rest assured, we package all products in the best packaging for longevity. However, GreenSoul Organics does not take responsibility for any damage caused to the goods left unattended after delivery. We encourage the proper storage of products for optimum quality.

Packaging

All orders are packed in either cardboard or styrofoam boxes to keep the products fresh and safe. We are happy to collect the packaging for reuse in the following delivery cycle. Please leave it outside to assist with recycling and reuse for the delivery driver to gather at the next delivery.

Refund Policy

At GreenSoul Organics, we strive to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If there is an issue with the delivery or quality of the products, please get in touch with us via email ([email protected]) or phone (09 9796 1650) within 12 hours of receiving your delivery.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We will refund faulty or damaged goods as per consumer law.
