This certified organic artisan low FODMAP vegetable stock has been tested and certified by the FODMAP Friendly Program. The ingredients are carefully selected to comply with the low FODMAP diet. This vegetable stock is made from certified organic ingredients, thats full of flavour and gentle on the stomach. FODMAP stands for Fermentable Oligo-, Di-, Mono-saccharides And Polyols. these are a group of short-chain carbohydrates (sugars) that are poorly absorbed by gut and can trigger symptoms in people suffering from gastrointestinal and irritable bowl syndrome (IBS). In consultation with a practitioner, a low fodmap diet can assist reduce IBS symptoms.
