ALL of Raw Honey product is foraged by their bees, cold extracted and bottled by them, the beekeepers, from Marraweeney, Victoria. Each batch is €˜Single Origin foraged by one apiary. This maintains the unique botanical flavours and textures. 
RAW honey naturally crystallises to a smooth and creamy texture. This can happen within weeks of extracting or may take many months depending on the honey variety.
Certified Organic Honey is produced in accordance to 'The National Standard for Organic and Bio-Dynamic Produce'. Their approved organic bee sites are located more than 5kms from flower-bearing conventional farmland. Their certified organic migratory apiaries are all located in the National Parks and State Forests of Victoria. They don't use any chemicals or antibiotics in their hives or anywhere else in the production process.
