GreenSoul Organics will provide you with products that have been certified as organic ("the goods").

Purchase

The purchase price shall be paid and processed before the goods delivery.

All deliveries shall occur with your purchase price being paid in full.

The title of the goods will remain with Green Soul Organics until Delivery has occurred.

 

Delivery

At the time of purchase, you must nominate a time and place for the goods to be delivered, and, if applicable, the name of the person to whom the goods shall be delivered.

Delivery shall be taken to have occurred when the goods are handed to you or someone nominated by you, or when the goods are left at a place nominated by you.

Green Soul Organics will not be responsible for loss or damage to the goods after delivery has occurred.

Suppose delivery cannot occur due to you, or the person you nominated is not present at the time and place nominated. In that case, you may be charged a fee for the redelivery of the goods at a further time and place as agreed to by Green Soul Organics. This fee is taken to form part of the original purchase price for the goods and must be paid before delivery of the goods.

 

Limitation of Liability

Although we will take the utmost care in packing your goods, you acknowledge that organic produce, by its very nature, will not be free from a certain amount of blemishes and defects.

Similarly, you acknowledge that photographs of goods depicted on this website may not correspond directly to the goods as delivered, and that differences in size, colour and shape may occur.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and forever discharge Green Soul Organics, its employees and agents, from any liability whatsoever in tort or contract or in any other cause of action or in any other way whatsoever arising from this agreement, and the sale, delivery or behaviour of the goods.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Soul Organics' maximum liability to you for the goods shall be limited to the refund of any purchase price you paid.
